Butter-garlic cauliflower Bites
These Garlic Butter Cauliflower Bites are inspired by the classic garlic flavor everyone loves. Here we swap out the bread for cauliflower and use a butter and extra virgin olive oil blend for a dressing that helps control saturated fat. The combination of garlic and parmesan gives a delicious flavor. Serve this easy side dish with grilled chicken or pork or enjoy it as a side dish with marinara for dipping.
