Chicken Fajita Baked Parchment is the perfect way to spice up your dinner. The combination of peppers, onions and chicken creates a delicious flavor that will delight your taste buds!   
 
Ingredients

  • Parchment paper or foil, 12 x 18 inches (30.5 x 46 cm)
  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  •  ½ yellow pepper
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of salsa
  • 1 teaspoon of taco salt
  •  1 tablespoon Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  •  Pepper to taste

Preparation
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
